1) Items are in stock unless specified otherwise.
2) Deposit will be required for MADE TO ORDER ITEMS, as well as most special pre-order.
3) No cancellations on any MADE TO ORDER and or SPECIAL PRE-ORDER ITEMS.
4) Returns are accepted on only defected and or if item is not as described. Refunds will be in the form of exchanges and or credit, unless item is no longer available less shipping and handling. Any refunds will be credited back to original payment method.
5) No Refunds on any MADE TO ORDER and or SPECIAL PRE-ORDER ITEMS.
6) IN STOCK ITEMS will ship within 2 to 3 business days once payment has been received and/or have cleared our banks. For MADE TO ORDER and SPECIAL PRE-ORDER ITEMS please allow 4 - 6 weeks may be shorter depending on availability(may be longer during holiday, special events and shows).
7) Items over $100.00 will require Signature Confirmation and will be included at no addotional cost.
8) Most items will be shipped USPS or UPS. Large, Overweight and Iiregular packages may be shipped by commom carrier (UPS, DHL, Fed-Ex, etc)
10) All international shipping with be by USPS Express Mail.
11) Shipping insurance is additional and optional (unless specified otherwise)
